Jack Bradley

Lancashire born Jack has two decades of culinary experience, starting at Paul Heathcote’s celebrated Longridge restaurant, and spending time in the Lakes at the 3 rosette Hipping Hall, L’enclume and being awarded two rosettes in his first head chef position at Temple Sowerby House. During this time, he achieved two semi-final entries at the National Chef of the Year awards and was recently nominated for Best chef at the British Restaurant Awards. Jack is proud to return to his roots and champion Lancashire produce in a unique setting and aims to create a foodie destination for customers to enjoy modern British cooking.

Sunday lunch was incredible. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was great too, very attentive. The restaurant was not very busy at all, 4 tables max, which is such a shame because its a beautiful restaurant and could have a wonderful atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, 2 delicious roast dinners, additional side, large wine, cocktail and 2 coffees £58. I’ll definitely be back, I just hope more people find out about this little gem.

If someone said to me that they had eaten the “best ever” steak in their life in a CASINO, I would have laughed inside.

I’ve never tasted anything like it. What a chef! The staff are fantastic, the food is incredible and the whole experience is unmatched. Still shocked this was a casino in Blackpool.

Really great experience at The Upper Deck. Service from Natalie and Matthew was outstanding. Role models for customer service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely decor and warm ambiance .

Matthew and Natalia were both brilliant. Super service and very knowledgeable when coming to drink and food recommendations. Lamb was cooked to perfection. The steak was equally good. The white chocolate pistachio dessert was incredible.
